Some people in the Loop got a preview and a ticket to the festival. An event in Daley Plaza let people throw yellow paint-filled balloons at a message wall. If they hit the target, the paint caused a positive message to appear.
There were some celebrity balloon throwers as well, like former Bear Israel Idonije.
