Tips for keeping families healthy during flu season

Flu season is in full swing and it's causing extensive illness in 46 states. Last week, a fourth grader from Barrington died of a heart ailment possibly exacerbated by the flu.

Holistic practitioner Dr. Deb Schreibman, of Lake Point Wellness, who has written about how to keep families healthy in her book, "Your Journey to Wellness," visited ABC7 to share some tips.
