Tony Bish got the keys to his family's brand new home Friday morning in Bensenville, Ill.
Bish is a veteran who works but couldn't earn enough money to even afford an apartment.
But after learning about Habitat for Humanity, he got to work helping build his new home.
DuPage habitat has built and sold homes to more than 100 families since 1995.
