Teachers: group gift
Housekeeper: a week's pay
Hairdresser: cost of cut, small gift
Nanny: 1 week -1 month pay, small gift

Babysitter: 1 evening's pay, small gift
Newspaper delivery: $15-25
Doorman: $25-100
