Leaders in Chicago's Latino community gather for policy forum

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Leaders from Chicago's Latino community gathered for their annual policy forum Friday morning.

They renewed their call for activism following last year's presidential election. Leaders said policies being pushed by the Trump administration continually marginalize the Latino community.

Renowned civil rights leader Janet Murguia was the keynote speaker. ABC 7's Stacey Baca served as emcee.

Latinos are the largest ethnic minority in Chicago.
