Police previously said Lezly Martinez, a 15-year-old who is eight months pregnant, was last seen in the Marquette Park neighborhood's 7200-block of South Troy Street.
No one had heard from Martinez since Thursday around 4:40 p.m. She has since been located.
Police did not immediately provide further details.
