The incident occurred at about 5:20 p.m. in the 5400-block of North Neenah Avenue. The girl was running down the street when a man pulled up to her in a gray 4-door Nissan sedan, offered her candy and told her to get into the car, police said.
The man drove off after he saw the girl's brother.
Police describe the suspect as a white man, about 50 to 60 years old, bald with some gray hair on the side and wearing prescription eye glasses and a gray T-shirt.
