CHICAGO (WLS) -- Chicago police have elected a new man to lead the Fraternal Order of Police.

Kevin Graham is a 22-year veteran of the department. He comes in at a crucial time, following a Department of Justice investigation and just as police are working to negotiate a new contract with the city.
