American Airlines flight 1136 flew from Charlotte International Airport, and landed without incident in Chicago shortly after 12 p.m., an American Airlines spokesperson said.
The spokesperson said the flight crew reported a flat tire on the taxiway after landing.
Passengers were able to deplane the aircraft and were then transported by bus to the terminal, the spokesperson said.
An American Airlines maintenance team is currently inspecting the aircraft.
