2 teens critically injured after stolen car hits viaduct on South Side, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two teens were critically injured after a car that was reported stolen crashed into a viaduct on the South Side Wednesday morning, Chicago police said.

The crash occurred at about 1:18 a.m. in the 3500-block of West Marquette Road.



Police said a silver sedan that was reported stolen struck a viaduct with two teens inside.

The teens were transported to Advocate Christ Hospital, where they were listed in critical condition, police said.



No other vehicles were involved and charges are pending, police said.
