Dionne Miller caught up with ESPN baseball beat writer Jesse Rogers to discuss the rough start to the season for both the Chicago Cubs and Chicago White Sox. Both teams entered the weekend in last place in their respective divisions. Jesse talked about whether he thinks the trend will continue or if either team will warm up with the weather.
Overtime Part 2: Chicago Bears, NFL Draft
Dionne also caught up with ESPN NFL Draft analyst Matt Miller. Matt gave his thoughts on who he thinks the Chicago Bears will draft next week in the NFL Draft. Matt also talked about the depth in this draft and how it would be difficult for the Bears to go wrong.
Overtime Part 3: Chicago Bulls, Sky
The Chicago Bulls and Chicago Sky will have a new look next season. For the Bulls, they already dismissed the top two people in their front office and enter the weekend not knowing the future of head coach Billy Donovan. As for the Sky, they traded away the face of their franchise last week, dealing Angel Reese to Atlanta. But, they added new players in the WNBA Draft and also picked up some key free agents including, Skylar Diggins and Rickea Jackson. GM Jeff Pagliocca boldly claims the Sky are in "win now" mode.
Overtime Part 4: Chicago Blackhawks
Another disappointing season for the Chicago Blackhawks finished up this week. Their playoff drought continues and now they have to figure out the future of star forward Connor Bedard. Bedard isn't worried about his rookie contract expiring nearly as much as he's focused on the Hawks making the playoffs and winning more games.
