The singing competition show, which produced Kelly Clarkson, Jordin Sparks and Carrie Underwood (now a judge on the show,) is now searching for its newest superstar.
And you'll get your chance to audition during "Idol Across America," the show's virtual auditions, which begin August 25.
The show held an open audition in June during CMA Fest, which is where executive producer and showrunner Megan Michaels Wolflick told On The Red Carpet what they look for in a singer.
"Just stand out, right? Because I always ask myself, 'Will I want to hear this person sing again,'" she said. "You want to make sure that someone is bringing their 'A' game."
