CHICAGO (WLS) -- Dwyane Wade surprised kids in Chicago's Austin neighborhood who are doing good in their communities.
"I don't forget where I come from, being a kid that needed a handout and being a kid and a family that needed someone to come in and put in a little special attention on us, hearing some kind words...so me and my sister always remember what got us to the point where we succeed in life," Wade said.

The Bulls star said he is proud of the group for working towards making their communities a better place while keeping up good grades and attendance in school.
