LISLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Big crowds turned out Saturday evening to see the balloons at Lisle's "Eyes to the Skies" festival.
Visitors can not only check out the balloons but enjoy live music, a carnival and crafts.
The balloons launch twice a day if conditions are right, in the early morning and roughly two hours before sunset, when the winds are calm.
