GARY, Ind. (WLS) -- A body was found in a grassy area around east 27th Avenue and Maryland Street in Gary, Ind. around 2:24 p.m. Thursday, according to the Gary Police Department.
The body has not been identified, however police say they suspect foul play.

The body was removed by the Lake County Coroner's Officer.
