The investigation began in March, when an employee of Title Boxing Club, at 4003 Plainfield-Naperville Road, said they found small cameras hidden in two bathrooms.
Naperville said during their investigation, they identified Erick Palacios, 47 of Bolingbrook, as a suspect.
Palacios was also a member of the gym, according to police.
Officers executed a search warrant at his home and allegedly found videos of multiple victims.
The alleged videos and photos were taken between January and March 2025.
Palacios was charged with 11 felony counts of unauthorized video recording. Police said its one charge for each victim identified.
He turned himself into police on August 24. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
