There will be two concerts at Soldier Field in Chicago, on May 16 and 17. The second day was added Wednesday after the inital tour announcement only included one night in the Windy City.
Earlier this month, the singer announced his first extensive tour in a decade, days after announcing his first album in 10 years, and it's the first full headlining stadium tour of his career.
Fans are able to purchase tickets during the pre-sale period on Wednesday at 12 p.m. local time if they signed up by Jan. 12.
Remaining tickets will be available during the general on-sale period, which begins Jan. 15 at 12 p.m. local time.
Mars, who has been a fixture in Las Vegas for years with his residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, will launch The Romantic Tour April 10 at Allegiant Stadium in Sin City and travel across North America, Europe and the U.K.
Currently set to wrap Oct. 14 in Vancouver, British Columbia, the tour will feature Mars' Silk Sonic partner Anderson .Paak as support on all dates, with RAYE, Leon Thomas and Victoria Monét joining the bill in select cities.
The tour comes in support of Mars' new album, "The Romantic," due out Feb. 27.
His first single for the album, "I Just Might," arrived last Friday.
While this is Mars' first big world tour in years, the singer-songwriter and record producer has been keeping himself busy.
In addition to his ongoing Las Vegas residency, in 2024, Mars performed multiple shows in Tokyo and across Brazil, as well as two concerts at Los Angeles' Intuit Dome.
