The crash happened near 142nd and King Drive just before 3 a.m.
Dolton Village Trustee Kiana Belcher said the building is her campaign office. She's running for 5th District County Commissioner.
Firefighters say three people were taken to the hospital but are expected to be okay.
No word yet on what caused the crash.
