Lake Geneva School of Cooking joins Cooking up a Storm

CHICAGO (WLS) -- This week on Cooking up a Storm, ABC7 Chicago meteorologist Tracy Butler headed north to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.

That's where the kitchen is part classroom, part dinner party and part dance floor.



Chef John Bogan is the owner of the Lake Geneva School of Cooking.

He spoke about his cooking school, favorite dishes and culinary background.



Bogan brought one of his signature dishes Thursday: Jacque's Kona Crusted Chateaubriand of Beef with roasted vegetables and whipped potatoes prepared with Chef John's Signature Seasoning.
