He indicated that the menu will be filled with seafood and cooked in kitchen that is entirely wood-fired, adding that there is "not even a gas hook-up."
Bayless, who is known for adding a modern twist on Mexican cuisine, already owns a handful of restaurants in Chicago, including Topolobampo and Frontera Grill in the West Loop.
