Pavement buckle in IB lanes of Edens Expressway leaves several cars with flat tires

WILMETTE< Ill. (WLS) -- A pavement buckle in the pavement caused problems on the inbound Edens Expressway in the north suburbs Tuesday morning.

IDOT is blocking the center lane of the inbound Edens north of Skokie Boulevard to prevent traffic from going over the hole.



Illinois State Police said about four to five vehicle got flat tires as a result of the pot hole. Two lanes of traffic were blocked and were reopened at around 9 a.m.
