CHICAGO (WLS) -- Happy birthday, Chicago!
The Windy City turns 178 on Wednesday. Chicago was incorporated on March 4, 1837.
To celebrate, the city is hosting a birthday party at the Chicago History Museum, located at 1601 North Clark Street, from 10 a.m. - 1p.m. Wednesday.
There will be music and special remarks to celebrate. Admission is free!
