CHICAGO (WLS) -- Several Chicago City Council members are asking the city to investigate after lakefront buildings were damaged during the Chicago Air & Water Show weekend.
People say rehearsal flights by jets on Aug. 15 caused their windows to crack.
Multiple alderpersons wrote a letter to the city, asking for an investigation and reimbursement for owners. That letter says 11 buildings were damaged.
The letter also says the buildings were not damaged in previous shows.
