CHICAGO (WLS) -- Three people were injured, including two police officers, in a crash on the city's West side, according to the Chicago Fire Department.
The crash happened near the corner of Madison Street and Washtenaw Avenue in the Near West Side neighborhood.
Officials said the man behind the wheel of the sedan ignored the police vehicle, which had lights and sirens activated, and drove through the intersection. The squad car then struck that sedan.
Both officers and the other driver were treated for minor injuries. The other driver was cited.
