Man wanted for sexually abusing women in Avondale, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A warning has been issued by Chicago police after multiple cases of sexual abuse on the city's North Side.

The crimes happened between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Friday in the Avondale neighborhood, CPD said.



Police say a man grabbed at least three different women from behind and fondled them.

The crimes happened at the following locations and times:

• 3400 N. Springfield Ave on September 11, 2026, at 8-9 p.m. - (Avondale)

• 3900 N. Cornelia Ave on September 11, 2026, at 8-9 p.m. - (Avondale)

• 3300 N Avers Ave on September 11, 2026, at 8-9 p.m. - (Avondale)

Anyone with information has been asked to call Chicago police.
