The crime happened at about 3:27 a.m. at the Amego Mini-Mart in the 1700-block of S. Ashland Avenue, police said.
A group of six suspects broke the front door and stole an ATM and some cash from the registers.
Police said the suspects drove off southbound in a a black Nissan Maxima and a blue Honda Civic.
Nobody is in custody. Chicago police are investigating.
