Rhymefest, 'Glory' co-writer, noticeably absent from Oscar win

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A Chicago native helped write an Oscar-winning song, only to be left off the Academy's ballot.

Common and John Legend were seen at Sunday night's Academy Awards performing their Oscar winning song "Glory".

Noticeably absent from the Oscar win was Chicago's Rhymefest, who co-wrote the song.
