The shooting took place on September 13 in 3400-block of West Wabansia Avenue.
Responding officers found an unresponsive 26-year-old woman who had suffered a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Police said two suspects, 23-year-old Gabriel Rodriguez and 24-year-old Julio Diaz, were both arrested on Wednesday. They have each been charged with a count of first degree murder.
