3 wounded in Near West Side shooting, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Three men were wounded in a shooting on the Near West Side Tuesday night, Chicago police said.

The shooting took place at about 10:15 p.m. in the 2100-block of West Jackson Boulevard.



Police said three men were standing outside when a vehicle drive by and someone inside fired at the men.

The three victims were each transported to Stroger Hospital. A 47-year-old man was wounded in the leg and listed in good condition; a 37-year-old man was shot in the leg and listed in good condition and a 39-year-old man was shot in the abdomen and leg and listed in fair condition, police said.
