CHICAGO (WLS) -- A 15-year-old boy was shot and killed on the West Side Wednesday morning, Chicago police said.
The shooting took place at about 1:01 a.m. in the 4600-block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Police said the Chicago Fire Department discovered the victim and transported him to Stroger Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Area Four detectives are investigating.
