The shooting took place at about 2:09 a.m. in the 900-block of North Central Park Avenue.
This led to large police presence in the area. People were placed on stretchers and then taken into ambulances.
A 35-year-old man was shot multiple times and transported to Illinois Masonic Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
A 33-year-old man was shot in the finger and transported to Norwegian Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
A 39-year-old man was shot in the thigh and transported to Stroger Hospital, where he was listed in good condition.
A 46-year-old woman was shot in the back and foot and transported to Stroger Hospital, where she was listed in good condition.
A 34-year-old woman was shot in the hip and transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where she was listed in good condition.
A 36-year-old man was shot multiple times and transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
Chicago police taped off the area as they investigated.
