The shooting happened at about 3:12 a.m. in the 1300-Block of West Hasting Street, police said.
A 24-year-old man and two women, aged 43 and 59, were outside when a black vehicle pulled up and someone started to shoot at them, police said.
The driver then fled eastbound on Hasting Street, police said.
The 24-year-old man and the 43-year-old female were taken to area hospitals with gunshot wounds and are expected to be OK.
The 59-year-old woman was also shot, she was taken to Stroger hospital in critical condition.
No other information was available.
