Man dies after being dropped off at Woodlawn hospital, Chicago police say

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A man has died after being dropped off at a Chicago hospital with a gunshot wound to his chest, police said Sunday.



Chicago police said they do not know where the shooting took place.

The victim, whose age is not known, was dropped off at St. Bernard's Hospital at 64th Street and Yale Avenue at about 5:40 a.m.

The man had a gunshot wound to the chest and died at the hospital.



No other information was available.
