The shooting happened at about 12:40 a.m. in the 1600-block of West Ohio Street, police said.

A 34-year-old man was in an alleyway when he was shot at, police said.
The victim sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to Stroger, where he later died, police said.
Chicago police did not release any further information regarding the shooting.
