The crash happened at about 8:04 a.m., according to Illinois State Police.
Police said a semi with a trailer rolled over on the Stevenson Expressway northbound ramp to I-94 Dan Ryan Expressway.
The ramp was shut down as crews cleared the scene.
ISP said the roadway reopened at 11:30 a.m.
Police said minor injuries were reported in the crash.
