ABC7 captured as crews worked to clear the crash on the outbound lanes near the Bryn Mawr Avenue exit on the city's Northwest Side.
ISP said the crash happened at about 9:17 a.m. inside the construction zone.
By noon ISP said all lanes had reopened.
ISP said no injuries were reported.
