At about 7 a.m. video shows the truck inside a retention pond near NB I-294 Tri-State Tollway at Lake-Cook Road in Deerfield.
It was not immediately clear if anybody was injured or how many people were inside the vehicle.
As first responders arrived to the scene, there was a traffic backup on the northbound lanes.
