Decker's Sourdough Bagels shares bacon and egg sandwich recipe on Cooking up a Storm

CHICAGO (WLS) -- ABC7 Chicago was Cooking up a Storm Thursday with Decker's Sourdough Bagels.

It's a popular Saturday morning bagel pop-up out of Wildfire Chicago in River North.



Joe Decker joined ABC7 Chicago Thursday. He is executive chef, partner, creator and baker.

Decker showed how to put together a bacon and egg sandwich, using a Decker's toasted plain bagel, Decker's scallion cream cheese, two scrambled eggs, one slice of melted Tillamook cheddar cheese, two slices of crispy bacon and a drizzle of hot honey.



Get bagels at 159 W. Erie St. from 9 a.m. to noon.
