A low-flying helicopter will be used to film scenes for "Insurgent," the sequel to "Divergent."
At one point all five bridges from Dearborn to Columbus will be raised.
The river will be closed to boaters for a while and some streets will be shut down and pedestrians will be asked to stay off certain streets.
