FLOSSMOOR, Ill. (WLS) -- A $4 million upgrade to a Metra station in south suburban Flossmoor is now complete.
Flossmoor Mayor Paul Braun said a modern train station is key to the village's continuing success.

The work was significant. The platform, walls and foundation were rebuilt.
Other upgrades include a renovated elevator, new lighting and a new accessible ramp.
