Skip Fisher lived at Encore Memory Care for three years while battling Parkinson's disease.
Fisher's wife told the I-Team that Madison Russo videotaped him while he was naked on a bed and then shared the video in a group chat with other workers.
In all, six workers were fired. Russo was the only one criminally charged.
Russo faces 20 counts of disseminating unlawful video and videotaping people's intimate parts. She is due back in court on Oct. 2.
