LAKE FOREST, Ill. (WLS) -- Friends and family will remember the life of Aimee Coath, who was killed by a CTA bus on June 2, at her funeral Saturday in Lake Forest.
Coath, 51, was crossing Michigan Avenue at Lake Street when the bus jumped the curb and hit her.

Coath was on her way to meet her ex-husband and son for dinner.
Police say the bus driver stopped fully for a red light, but then for an unknown reason, started again and drove through the red.
Nine other pedestrians were hurt in the crash.
Coath's funeral service is private.
