Police said the shooting happened in the Humboldt Park neighborhood's 3900-block of West Division Street just before 6:15 p.m.
A suspect took out a gun and fired shots at the victims, who were standing on the sidewalk, police said.
A 52-year-old man, shot in the groin and knee, was transported to Stroger Hospital in fair condition.
A 25-year-old man, shot in the thigh and buttocks, was taken to the same hospital in fair condition.
A 45-year-old woman, shot in the leg, was transported to Mt. Sinai Hospital in good condition.
The suspect ran away in an unknown direction.
Area Four detectives are investigating. Authorities did not immediately provide further information.
