The crash happened in the area of Del Webb Boulevard and Stonewater Crossing, police said.
Chopper 7 was over the scene at about 10:30 a.m.
An SUV was seen partially submerged in a pond in the area.
Huntley fire officials said the vehicle was in ankle-deep water.
A silver sedan was also seen with damage near the road.
Two women were taken to an area hospital, and are expected to be OK, Huntley fire officials said.
