Man accused of recording upskirt videos of women, minors in St. Charles, state's attorney says

ST. CHARLES, Ill. (WLS) -- A St. Charles man is accused of using his phone to record videos up the skirts of girls and women.



Jascent M. Harvey, 30, faces 51 charges, including unauthorized video recording and production and possession of child sex abuse material.

The Kane County State's Attorney says Geneva police arrested Harvey in October after he allegedly recorded a video of a woman at a Geneva store.

In their investigation they found more videos of 33 women and two minor girls between June 2023 and September 2025.



Harvey is being detained until his trial.
