Eyewitness News reporter John Garcia participated in the latter walk, and he has a personal reason for it. One of his daughters has been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. During our news Sunday morning, John spoke with former JDRF board member Brodie Bertrand, who has four children, two of whom are living with Type 1 diabetes.
