JP Morgan Chase cyber attack investigated by FBI

The FBI is investigating a cyber attack on JP Morgan Chase and possibly as many as four other banks.

The FBI is looking into whether Russian hackers attacked the U.S. financial system in retaliation for U.S. sanctions affecting Russia.

The hackers apparently infiltrated the networks of the banks, siphoning data, including checking and savings account information.
