Texas is suing Netflix, claiming the streaming platform collects subscriber data without proper disclosure and is designed to be addictive.

The state's Attorney General argues that Netflix's auto-play feature creates an endless stream of content meant to keep users watching longer.

A Netflix spokesperson called the lawsuit baseless and based on inaccurate claims, adding the company takes user privacy seriously and plans to defend itself in court.
