Recipe for chile mango paletas

Prep time: 20 minutes plus 12 hours to freeze
Cook time: 0 minutes
Serves: 10-12
Ingredients:
4 cups diced mango (the mango should be as sweet and ripe as possible. Only ripe mangos will yield a good result)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon chile ancho powder
Honey to taste
Method:
1. Put mango, yogurt, sugar and chile ancho powder in blender and process until smooth. Add honey to taste so that the mixture is sufficiently sweet
2. Pour into popsicle molds and put in the freezer for around 12 hours or until they are frozen solid
