EVANSTON, Ill. (WLS) -- A Chicago man is accused of stealing packages from an Evanston condominium building.

Angel Marquez, 35, he was arrested Monday night and charged with theft.
Police were called to a building on the 1500- block of Hinman by a building manager. He said he saw someone he did not recognize putting packages from the lobby into a backpack.
